Review The light crunch with its savory flavor is addictive.
There is a slight sweetness to its salty soy sauce-like flavor. Not quite soy sauce, but not exactly miso heavy either.
I don't smell the fermented soybeans aroma that usually presents in all miso, so this one definitely on a milder end.
However, I do smell a green-onion like aroma, which must be from the leeks.
The list of ingredients mentioned the use of bonito flakes, yet I don't smell any fishiness in the aroma.
Overall, this snack is very enjoyable, with or without tea.
I finished the whole bag within the few minutes I'm typing this review.
