Firstly I would like to comment on the wonderful customer service I received with my first order with hibiki-an. My parcel arrived in 5 days, from Kyoto to England! This was a great surprise as est shipping time is 7-12 days. As for the gyokuro, this was my first and I have nothing to compare it too, however I enjoyed the rich, mellow and smooth mouth feel, with an intense umami and theanine flavour and I am glad I bought from hibiki an, I will be a returning customer. |
