Review Hibki-An has blown me away. I have used HALF the amount of leaf in my kyusu and yet the mellow and sweet flavor of the tea is very much present right up to the first infusion. I feel like I am also saving money because I can use less leaf and obtain those stronger rich notes. The brew is thick and a lovely green. I can say for certain that I will definitely be making more purchases from Hibiki-an. The quality is far too great to consider buying Japanese tea from anywhere else!
