For me, Gyokuro Premium is what I start off a good day with. Firstly, the smell that emanates from the leaves when I make the first infusion rarely fails to put a smile on my face. Also, the flavour of the tea is almost sweet in its character yet very deep with just the faintest hint of astringency which lends the tea a calmly vibrant tone. As a matter of fact, the tea leaves the same impression on the tongue as it does on my mind: I feel calm yet vibrantly alert; like a deep cool pond with a breeze rippling its surface. Thank you very much for making this possible. |
