| Review | This is my new favorite tea. What it lacks in fragrance it more than makes up for in umami exploding flavor. Smooth and relaxing (yea theanine!). It also makes a nice iced tea for a hot and dry summer day. I brewed 6 Tablespoons @ 170 F/ 75 C 1200 mL for 4 minutes and strained/poured over enough ice to make 2 L. Can ad a packed of sweetener and a few drops of lime juice if desired |
