| Review | The customer service experience from start to delivery has been amazing. My tea arrived last night in a beautiful paper bag, protected with bubble wrap. I could not wait to brew my tea. I went to bed anxious to rise. I tried the genmaicha first (I had ordered four teas). I can see why it is popular, especially in America. I'm not a tea expert, so I won't opine on the taste except to mention that I found it roasty and smooth. I've steeped it three times and each brew was great. Thank you for the wonderful service. |
