Truly one of the highest quality matcha I have ever had! Very mellow, refined taste with no hints of bitterness whatsoever. As expected from high quality matcha. Truly cha-no-yu grade. Very pleasant both as koicha (~4 g per 30-40 ml of water) and usucha (~4 g per 120 ml of water). The amount and quality of the froth in usucha is just unbelievable (^_^) Will be ordering some refill packs soon :) |
