| Review | When I first began drinking matcha, I bought the House matcha and this Superior matcha to compare the difference. The House matcha in itself was great, but this superior matcha was even better. I only make this matcha with hot water and nothing else, but it froths up so perfectly. Sometimes it feels like I'm drinking a matcha latte, but without milk! It has a sweet and mellow flavour but has explosions of green notes. I don't drink coffee or lattes anymore. I only serve this matcha for guests or first time matcha drinkers, and I've converted quite a few matcha drinkers throughout the years! |
