Both the product and the company met and exceeded my expectations. The matcha itself was on par with what my mother brings back from Japan for herself (which leaves me extremely excited to try some of the other varieties from Hibiki-an). The company was also extremely wonderful in helping me untangle a shipping snafu. A+ for product and customer service; I will absolutely be ordering from Hibiki-an in the future. |
