Hello..first I would like to say that I am not one to offer praise unless it is true!!! I would feel really bad not to say how awesome my experience has been with this Japan based company. I have received extremely prompt responses from Atsushi Yasui by email for any questions that I have had. Being able to trust that a product is truly Organic is very important to me so it was a plus to know that the Matcha I bought was certified organic and that this company is devoted enough to go through that very tedious process for it customers. This company - specifically Atsushi Yasui has earned my trust and I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. My order went out the same day as my purchase and arrived to the U.S. in a very quick 5 days later. That was indeed amazing to me. I truly cannot say enough positive about the entire process as well as the quality of the product I received. Oh and by the way - it was so much fun to open up the package when it arrived knowing that it had come directly from the folks in Japan who produce this wonderful tea. I had a smile on my face while opening the nice package. I look forward to buying other teas from Hibiki-an as well as more Organic Matcha. Thank you so much for a great experience.!!!!!!!!!!! |
