Review I tasted my organic matcha from Hibiki-An today and it is amazing. Previously I had been drinking what was available at my local market and I have to say that I feel like Hibiki-An puts so much care into everything that they do that the quality just can't be beat. I am really impressed by Hibiki-An. I knew that I liked matcha, now I know that I love it! Thank you Hibiki-An, you've got a life long customer!
