I was feeling a bit run down this week, then my order of FUROSHIKI Oranic Value Gift came, which includes the Organic Genmaicha Matcha-iri. I opened the package to brew a pot this morining and have enjoyed it so much; this will be my "comfort tea" for all time, because that is exactly what I felt as I sipped my precious Hibiki-an tea, very comforted. This Genmaicha Matcha-iri is the best Genmaicha I have ever tasted. It is sooo smooth and sweet and comforting. It is not at all surprising to me considering only the ichibancha is used as the base; the matcha offers a beautiful vibrant green color to the beauty of the infused tea. Thank you so much, Hibiki-an, for offering such a wonderful tea at such a good value! You are my source of excellent Japanese tea for life! |
