Review For some time I had been using a simple sifter for my matcha, however I knew in order to drink and enjoy it properly this was a must have. It is roomy enough to hold 80g matcha (or more), although I sift 40g at a time. This sifter is an excellent design with an airtight lid. Very pleased with this product.
