Review This is a good sifter. And it is packaged in a way that avoids spreading the matcha around. Matcha tea stays put in the sifter as it is recessed about 2cm.

The little, well-shaped "spoon" is the ideal partner for the sifter. Matcha needs a bit of help to go through the fine gridded sifter. Out comes an even finer matcha powder.

It seems that using the sifter, I get a thicker foam.

Highly recommended.
