Review Hibiki-An has never disappointed me and this was no exception. The tea was fresh, extremely bright and strong. A small tip though would be careful on brewing this like a more standard sencha, on my first attempt I made the cup too strong. I think, because this tea is so fresh, that it doesn't require as much cooking time as the others. The aroma coming off this tea made me pause for a good minute to just enjoy it before I even tried drinking it. Do yourself a favor and get some of this tea before it is gone.
