Review I'm now enjoying my third order of Farmers' Shincha, which is fantastic. The flavor is enjoyably rustic, with more pronounced hay and earth notes compared to the House Sencha; but at the same time, there's a subtlety and delicacy in this less processed tea. Pleasing hints of honeysuckle are discernible as well as a mild floral finish that's a wonderful accompaniment to the bracing vegetal quality of traditional sencha. Highly recommended.

Hibiki-an's quick shipping and attentive customer service also continue to impress me.
