I am new to Matcha. That being stated, I am still, and it seems that it will be a Lifelong adventure, learning about the exquisiteness of Tradition, and complexity, and Love, that brings Matcha to the World. I asked a very learned friend if there was an Organization that produces high quality Matcha. She led me here. I tried other matcha, from other Companies. But wanted to have a reference point to compare. After purchasing Pinnacle from Hibiki-An, I now know that God has truly smiled on their workmanship and the Matcha it produces...Thank You |
