Review Words to describe Matcha Pinnacke from Hibiki-an are difficult to find, much less express. It is sublime, the finest I have ever had the opportunity to taste.

I am a sommelier by profession, of wines, not teas - but I must say I enjoy very much sharing my opinion of this fine Matcha. It falls into the "expensive but worth it category."

A true gem of Matcha. Keep up the great work Hibiki-an ! I am a loyal fan.
