Very pleased with this tea. Amazingly fresh, grassy aroma that doesn't overwhelm the flavor. Completely love the rich texture and bright green color. Flavor lingers pleasantly on the palate for quite a while. I would like to thank Hibiki-an for being a model tea resource. There is a difference between finding and learning about organic tea versus discovering and purchasing organic tea direct from the farmer, regardless of its certification. The transparency and passion provided on this website is honest and exuberant, reaching far beyond the concept of sustainability by welcoming it's customers as important guests and partners. |
