Review This is my 2nd japanese teapot. My first was a Kyusu (Black). This is more carefully crafted. Absolutely beautiful and the pattern feels very good in your hands. The spout is marginally smaller than the Kyusu so it pours a little slower, but that's not a bad thing. It seems to me that the infusion of my super premium sencha is better in this one compared to the Kyusu. Maybe because of the more spherical shape? I don't know.

My only complaint is that it's difficult to get the last few drops of tea/water out as there's a ridge where the strain is fastened. I wanted to give it 4 1/2 stars, but the system won't let me :)
