This tasting set, along with the other, is a great way to determine what you enjoy and prefer. Do take the time to read the instruction brochures. Water temperature and length of time to steep a tea does make a difference for authenticity and pure enjoyment, but it's quickly learned and the consistency cup to cup is amazing. What's nice is that the blend is very forgiving flavor-wise when you're in a hurry and don't follow the directions on any of the teas. |
