Review I tried Kuradashi Sencha a few years ago from Hibiki-An and loved it, so I'm glad I ordered it again this year while it was available. I love the very mellow flavor of this tea compared to regular Sencha. It is not astringent at all, and there is a unique flavor that you only get from Kuradashi style tea. I personally like to brew at 80C to get the Kuradashi flavor more concentrated. And I brew all Hibiki-An teas 5 times just so I can get everything out of the leaves. All 5 infusions are always great!
