Review I buy matcha and other teas regularly from several tea companies. Hibiki An's matcha super premium is, along with their Kuradashi matcha super premium the best matcha I have allowed myself to afford. It is very easy to prepare and without a trace of astringency. I also appreciate the positive effects of this tea on mood and relaxation. I will eventually order the pinnacle, though I suspect it could make me reluctant to return to the super premium, which is far better than adequate as it is. Hibiki An is the most reliable and user-friendly tea vendor I have encountered in my cyber travels.
