Review I have been a regular patron of Hibiki-An for just over a year. I truly enjoy the flavor and benefits of the Matcha, Premium grade. To me it's a bit of Heaven in a cup. Smooth, gentle, refreshing. I've never been disappointed with the Match and I hope to continue to do so as long as The Lord allows me to do so.
