It is great that the black bamboo whisk is offered for sale. It is one of my favorites as it is very sturdy and holds up longer than othe whisks I have had. It is stiffer than the thinner cut whisks are but does eventually get a little less stiff. I find it gives as good a foam on the matcha as other whisks do, even so. It is also great for cold matcha with a little milk and sugar whipped in. I plan to always keep this style on hand. |
