Review I'm so glad Hibiki-An offers this unique tea. It really doesn't taste quite like anything else. It has a complex taste that has elements of gyokuro, sencha, and matcha flavors. And every time you brew it, it will taste different.

I brew this the same way as gyokuro and it turns out great. I like 160 degrees F for the third steeping.
