Review This tea reminded me of the freshest spring green vegetables.

Similar and yet very different from the top grade of Kuradashi Matcha.

My best experience was drinking this right after opening the tin. (Usually it takes a day for tea to develop an aroma) I did not sift the tea.

For the second bowl, I did sift the tea, but I found that it foamed up so well, as to hide the taste of the tea. I would recommemd not sifting.

I offered a bowl to a tea lover, who is Chinese and he thought that it was very good.

I will remember this tea for a long time.
