Review Hibiki-An Competition Grade Matcha is superb. This is what I have been ordering for several years and always look forward to December when I can place my order. I have a tea bowl of this Matcha every morning. It is rich tasting, smooth, nutritious and has none of the acidity found in so many matcha teas available on the market. Once you taste this matcha, nothing else will do. It is quite special. I recommend it highly.
