I am very pleased with this Culinary Matcha, I have purchased multiple times over the past year and the quality has always been exceptional. I have enjoyed using this for multiple purposes including in baking, syrups, and smoothies.

These Kuromame Hineri Mochi were absolutely delicious! I bought them to share with my grandmother and we both loved them. The mochi is incredibly soft and they a perfect subtle sweetness.
