The 2021 Competition Grade Matcha Pinnacle has a fresh green colour and whisks beautifully to be smooth, soft and mellow, with not even the slightest hint of astringency. It is perfect. Many thanks to the farmer and to Hibiki-an for this most delightful matcha.

I am enjoying this season's Kuradashi Matcha very much. It is soft and smooth with a full, satisfying flavour and no bitterness, certainly deserving the description, Pinnacle.

This organic matcha has a clean, fresh and satisfying flavour. It is finely ground and whisks easily for a beautifully soft, smooth finish.

Shincha Matcha 2018 This new season matcha has a rich green colour. When whisked, the tea is smooth, soft and fresh with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Very beautiful.
