This sweet potato takes the prize. So thin and flavorful. Of all the dried veg snacks offered, this is second only to the green bean from the mixed veg. I’m going to stock up.

So simple and fantastic. A lightly sweet ultra thin “snap”, these treats virtually melt into a malty compliment to equally delicate teas.

I had to return for more. Both vegetal and sweet, a well balanced tea which has the tendency to give a full bodied third cup. Possibly due to the short steep.

Throughly enjoyed this tea. Well balanced.

I have enjoyed gyokuro for over 2decades. This was just ok (for a premium tea). Just a little dustier than normal. Hoping spring 2017 will top this year.

If they're still around I'll order 2! A guest who lived in Japan was tickled to find these at our home. I am inspired to try to make my own, I'm sure it will pale in comparison to yours!
