The 2021 Competition grade matcha from hibiki-an is some of the best matcha i have tried. It is very pure, smooth and clean, a banner crop, this is one to purchase, recommend buying the 60g size to enjoy while it lasts.

This is an excellent Shincha, very fresh with perfect balance of sweet grass and stringent undertone, very nice in the early afternoon, and nicely paired with a Japanese sweet treat, small rice cookie or sweet potato chip. Thank you Hibiki-an for another wonderful tea.

This is a very noble tea. I enjoy this in the afternoon and use lower temperature to brew , 167 for 1 1/2 minutes, excellent flavor and depth. Hibiki-An is my favorite tea company, their quality and service is unmatched
