Perhaps you enjoy a Gyokuro tea that is lite, having a mild unami (flavor) then try the Organic Premium. Otherwise the Premium Gyokuro would be a better choice.

I have to make this note on Matcha Premiums flavor. Soo many times that I have made my usucha with it I have tasted a subtle floral flavor. My guess is the Gokoh cultivar has this quality. Laughingly, I don't eat flowers but perhaps it is rose.

I tried the organic Sencha, just finished the second steeping. Actually it is an excellent Premium Sencha. Rather mellow with a little astringency that I love. Finished Uji Koyoto style.
