This thing is great! My wife makes matcha during 3 years without it, and now she can to make really great matcha! Lumps were go away, and matcha became absolutely another, like it must to be. Don't try to make a matcha without this sifter.

My first whisk tips were broken and itself lost it shape after few months of use. Then i bought whisk keeper with a new whisk, and now my whisk is okey! Everyone who make a matcha must have this keeper.

Very light tea, with grassy aroma and fresh pretty flavor. It has a noticible difference compared to non organic sencha, very nice.

I love this tea, because it has very intense beautiful green color and rich taste. It has a little acidity, but much more intense flavor compare to sencha.

Thats genmaicha is excellent thing. I ordering this from hibiki every year. Deep green color and sweetish taste, very simple to brew and very easy to drink. Also, I tried tea bags of genmai and brewed it at my work- amazing thing!
